 This top tier villa will be renovated with a complete brand new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and will be beautifully decorated in the traditional West Indies mahogany upscale decor that is synonymous with luxury. . 
Features include flat screen Cable TV in the great room and both master bedroom suites, DVD, Ipod ready music system, High-Speed Internet,  Gas Grill, Pool Floats, and all Linens and Towels are provided as well as beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach cooler.

The living room area is awash in elegance and tropical ambiance while retaining the feeling of caribbean comfort. There will be a comfortable brightly covered striped upholstered sofa that converts into a sleep full size sofa  and dark wood cane arm side chairs for additional seating. Artwork will be of local art and caribbean themes throughout.

  Each master bedroom suite features air conditioning and its own private bath en suite with oversize marble showers.

The seafoam blue accented master suite off the living room features a mahogany 4 poster canopy king size bed and matching accent pieces.
The lime green accented 2nd master suite off the pool deck features a mahogany king size sleigh style bed.

Both bedroom suites feature  termpurpedic mattresses and flat screen TV's as well. 

Villa Lime Tree of course features the signature item of Villa Madeleine  units with its  own very private 21’x 12’ pool enclosed in a walled garden setting with pairs of French doors leading from the living room as well as each bedroom suite. and has the added ambiance of overlooking the North shore of Buck island and the Reef Golf course as well as the ever changing water hues and sail boats passing.
